Had dinner with my brother Sunday evening at Nunzi's by the Water. Second time we've been there. Food is excellent, service is wonderful, atmosphere is very cozy and lovely, and the cocktails were great. Mike, the handsome server/bartender is so nice, and Sue, the lovely server/bartender is very sweet. All in all, a terrific dining experience. Love Nunzi's by the Water. Will go again, and again, and again. And, the owner is a really nice guy!

Has a lunch there and the place was clean and inviting. Has a nice menu and service was excellent. I'm thinking that being off season made it a bit slow. Food and presentation was excellent.

We LOVE this place. We live locally and can go anytime we want (and believe me, we do). The food is awesome, the specialty martinis are great, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. We always have a great time. The pork chop is the best we've ever tasted - I think my husband got it for about 10 weeks in a row. It never disappoints. What I also love - if we're not in the mood for a full entree, the "handhelds" and pizzas are also really good. There is something for everyone.

My friend and I stopped in for lunch on a Monday. The door was shut and the parking lot was empty but upon checking they were open! We were greeted by Kalyne who was super friendly and provided exceptional service. She makes a mean margarita! The cheesesteak sandwich and asparagus were excellent. Highly recommended if you're in the Freeport area!

Visiting from Denver and this was a classy but comfortable Italian place by the marina. Mike served me and was fantastic. I had the 1274 gin and juice cocktail, the short ribs with Paperdelle, and a cannoli. Everything was delicious. Would absolutely recommend.

I had went out to eat with my daughter and my friend. I ordered pasta with vodka sauce and chicken. I think it was the spicy rigatoni. It was a little tiny bit overcooked, but overall it was delicious and I left no crumb on the plate. My daughter had the burger and it was really good. The fries were so crispy and that's my personal preference. I also ordered the pineapple daiquiri. It was all right I had better. The ambience was nice and quiet. It did have aesthetics to take you pictures. The servers were young they were so kind definitely would come back but as a date night next time!

We cannot get over how delicious the baked clams appetizer was. We devoured one order and then reordered another. I highly recommend this. We also had the calamari which was perfectly fried. The drinks did not disappoint. The outdoor seating area was wonderful. All of the food tasted incredibly fresh. Our server was attentive, accurate with our order, and friendly. We will definitely put this spot into our rotation.

I went here on Saturday nite around 5:40 pm. We were told immediately the restaurant was closing for a private party and 7. We felt that would be ok. About 15 minutes later a party of 5 came in. They had reservations for 6 pm and they were seated. Five minutes later they were told they would need to eat and leave by 7. They were really really angry. I like the ambiance of this restaurant. The lights are low, there are tablecloths on the tables and cloth napkins. I wish they would have served a bread basket before dinner. We ordered the Italian egg rolls. I absolutely loved them! They are garlicky with a hint of spice, possible from the hot sausage. The mozzarella was melted and goooey. The roll itself was crispy and delicious. I would definitely order these next time I return. I had the swordfish and it was drizzled with some sort of peppercorn sauce. That sauce was peppery and delicious and I wished there was more. Unfortunately I felt the fish was overcooked - a little too tough for me. But the sauce almost made up for it. It was served with mashed potatoes, which were good, and broccoli rabe, which was cooked perfectly with garlic and oil. The spicy rigatoni alla vodka was delicious. The heat was just right and the portion was plentiful. Delicious! I will definitely go back here.
